A Smooth Transition and Supportive Partnership

I worked as an independent advisor with Cadaret Grant, which was later bought by LPL. After months of online training and webinars, I found myself pretty dissatisfied. Recruiters were reaching out left and right, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to go.

Then I got an email from Josh Cesare and a postcard from Premier, so I reached out. After talking with Sebastian Sullivan, the Premier–Cambridge relationship felt like a great fit, and Cambridge was already on my radar as an option. What really struck me was that I felt so comfortable talking with Sebastian that the usual questions about fees or payout never even crossed my mind. We focused instead on the transition team that would guide me through moving my practice to Cambridge. Some firms make big promises and then never follow through. That has not been the case with Premier. Jennifer and Kristina on the transition team are true pros and a real asset.

Learning new systems can be challenging, but having strong support makes all the difference. The team never got frustrated with my questions or issues, and I just kept moving forward. Doing all of this on my own would’ve been a serious struggle.

All my clients transitioned smoothly to Cambridge. I cleared through Pershing before and continued using Pershing at Cambridge. Statements even look the same as before.
