Bob Pugliese
Co-Founder
A visionary who built a place where true independence could flourish with meaningful support, Robert Pugliese founded Premier Wealth Management® in 1999 after already spending decades in the financial services industry. From the start, he cultivated a culture grounded in advisor autonomy, collaboration, and long-term success, earning Premier a spot among Cambridge’s top Enterprise Groups for 19 consecutive years. His leadership, passion, and guiding spirit remain central to Premier’s enduring legacy.
