Caden joined Premier Wealth Management as a Wealth Management Intern while attending Juniata College before transitioning to a full-time role after graduating in 2026. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications. Known for being driven, dependable, and personable, Caden enjoys learning every aspect of the business and building a strong foundation for a career in financial services.

As an Operations Associate, Caden supports both the retirement plan and wealth management teams with a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities. His day-to-day work includes retirement plan paperwork, client onboarding, DocuSign, Wealthbox, RPAG, and other operational functions that help deliver a seamless experience for clients and advisors. He currently holds Pennsylvania and Ohio Life, Accident & Health, and Fixed &Variable Annuities licenses and is continuing to pursue additional industry licenses.

Outside the office, Caden enjoys golfing, following Pittsburgh sports, especially the Pirates and Steelers, and spending time with family and friends. A former collegiate baseball player at Juniata College, he brings the teamwork, discipline, and strong work ethic he developed on the field to everything he does at Premier.
